“ I have never experienced hospitality like this let alone at an ice cream shop. YES THE ICE CREAM IS INCREDIBLE. BUTTTTT the friendliness and hospitality literally blew all of my friends and I away. Charlotte and Tim were both out of this world with their service and genuine hospitality. I dont live in the area but if I did I would be here weekly. I could not recommend this place enough. INCREDIBLE! ”
“ Love the environment and decor. Flavors are all amazing. Texture is creamy and smooth. The free samples are a treat. Great place to create memories. Cash only with ATM on site. Staff is super friendly and patient. Plenty of vegan options as well. Perfect to go all year round for a scoop or two. A little pricey but so worth it! ”

The lady working there was so good she is the definition of what customer service is. Just heads up, cash only but there is an ATM there. ”

They keep on giving us samples and that make us hard to decide more. lol. They also keep offering you water. They have dining area but we preferred outdoor. “ This review comes with significant caveats Yes it was 5 stars BUT We walked in late on a Tuesday night. Music was loud and the space was mostly empty. The decorations were intricate and quite good. Lots to take in from the moment we walked in. The second we walked in the employee had come out from behind the bay of freezers to offer us samples of brownies and proceeded to go back behind the freezers to offer us 5 unrequested flavors with the music too loud for us to hear the names. After inhaling 5 ambiguous delicacies, we struggled to make our orders. We ordered and left but were caught by the same employee on the way out with a cup of water and separate cup of hot cocoa each. Personally, I think every step was good on paper. Exceptional generosity is a wonderful thing to see especially in economic troubles. However, the space, music, samples, service, while all exuberant, were also overwhelming. Im not usually one to find things too much, but this was. Its the perfect example of 1st world majesty. Such extravagant displays of generosity is coming from an excellent place, but it led to me not wanting to buy a thing. Thanks yall, enjoy some icecream ”
“ One of my favorite spots for ice cream! They gave us hot chocolate and a small brownie bite when we walked in, plenty of samples and then we got our scoops! I love the rocky road! The vibes are so fun! Super family friendly and love the outdoor seating in the summertime! ”
“ Okay, this place is great my first time and my husband took me with our 2.5 yo son because he grew up coming here all the time. From the moment we walked inside when doves cry by Prince was playing we were offered water, free brownie samples and a taste of their most popular ice cream. The two gentlemen staff were beyond accommodating and so so nice. I wanted to give them a tip but they didnt seem to have a tip jar, tips would be well deserved for them! We will definitely be back and we enjoyed their Halloween decorations and music too. ”
